is one of the leading providers of "green services" to local authorities and other public bodies in the UK. It has over a thousand employees nationally and is growing fast. Services provided include grounds maintenance in parks and open spaces, cleansing, and landscape construction.

Job Title: Health & Safety and Engineering Trainer

Location: National role

Competitive salary: £28,000

Due to the growth of the business a new opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety and Engineering Trainer. The trainer will actively support the Engineering and QHSE roles of the business ensuring that all sites comply with company procedures and that the staff and management employed are competent to safely undertake the tasks they are employed to do.

The business requires someone who is able to develop interesting and successful inductions and training to members of staff (Recognised training / skills qualification required) leading to long lasting upskilling. Experience of auditing, including asset management, vehicle compliance and service record audits would be an advantage.

This is an active role in practically delivering the QHSE processes and procedures. Therefore the ability to practically get things done, as well as the ability to help and coach others to deliver the required actions, is essential.

The role will be integral to the regional operations teams as well as a key part of the company wide team.

The ideal candidate will be required to travel to different regions across the country which will involve overnight stays. A full driver's licence is essential.
