SCAMBLERS SPLIT WITH JOHN DEERE
Following 25 years of partnership
Dealers A J & R Scamblers & Sons Ltd of Bourn, Cambridgeshire have announced that the time has come for them to split with John Deere.
Scamblers have parted company with John Deere
In a short statement director of the company, Ed Scambler said, "The time has now come for a parting of the ways.
"After nearly 25 years of partnership A J & R Scambler and Sons Ltd are breaking away from John Deere. In these times, we all have to look forward for more profitable opportunities. Allowing John Deere to do the same.
"We would like to thank all the staff at John Deere Langer and wish them all the very best for the future."
Scamblers already hold a number of other franchises, but Ed told Service Dealer ". .we will however be replacing the Deere franchise with a main franchise and will be announcing which one very soon."
Managing Director, Tony Scambler added, "We have enjoyed helping with the development of the John Deere product and brand but now feel it is time to help other manufacturers develop within the groundcare and golf course sectors."
