TAKE IT FOR A SPIN TO WIN!
Toro offer British Grand Prix tickets with test drives of new Zero Turn range

Toro
recently announced a competition to launch its range of nine new Zero Turn mowers.

The prize draw, which runs from now till 1st October encourages consumers to come into dealerships and test drive the one of the new range.

SW ZT Timecutter SW 3200

Recognising that test drive is key to the sales process for zero turns, any customer coming into a dealership and taking a test drive will be entered into a prize draw to win two hospitality tickets for the 2016 F1 British Grand Prix - a prize worth up to £3000. National press ads started this month, and the promotion will also be supported by PR and in-store POS.

NEW Zero Turn Tractors
While the popularity of zero turn mowers has been steadily increasing over the past few years, there is still a sector of users who, while recognising all the benefits, do not feel comfortable with a lever control system.

The new Toro range therefore includes three new Timecutter® zero turn tractors with a steering wheel. With deck widths ranging from 81cm-127cm, these three new models offer zero turn manoeuvrability and speed, with the familiarity of tractor steering and easy to use forward/reverse drive pedal. Steerable front castors also ensure great performance on hills and sloped lawns.

The tilting steering wheel is height adjustable for user comfort and returns to vertical to act as a handle to help climb on and off the unit. Safety is assured: an automatic SmartPark™ braking system (where the parking brake automatically engages when the operator leaves the seat) is fitted to all steering wheel models and Toro's KeyChoice™ system also ensures that the operator cannot mow in reverse without overriding the system with a key.

Unique Engine
Another innovation is the new Toro 22hp 708cc V-twin engine, developed specifically for Toro zero turns to match the exact torque-curve needed for optimal performance.

"Making our own engine enables us to design the ideal specification and consistently ensure quality" said Marketing Manager Julie Dommett. "The engine boasts a number of innovative patent-pending features including the new Max-Flo™ Air Filtration System for maximum filter life, lower maintenance and improved performance. There's also an exclusive tool-free Quick-Drain Oil Hose for easy servicing. In addition, Toro handle the parts and warranty so it's fast and easy to take care of your customers' needs".

Six Further Models
Also new this spring are four new "lever-steer" TimeCutter® zero turn models, in 82, 107 and 127cm cutting widths. All feature the new SmartSpeed™ system for optimum control - which now has three positions: Trim Mode (up to 3.0mph) for tight manoeuvres, training and mowing heavy wet grass, Tow Mode (up to 5mph) for towing and collecting, and Mow Mode up to 7mph for general mowing and transport.

All Toro Timecutters offer side discharge or the Toro Recycler® cutting system where the grass clippings are repeatedly re-cut into a fine mulch, for a high-quality after-cut appearance which promotes a health, lush lawn. Collection is also an option through attachment of a twin-bagger accessory.

Heavy duty users would benefit from the premium performance and durability of the all new Titan™ Zero Turn range. Both models include features and specifications generally only seen on commercial products.
