American agricultural equipment dealer Messick Farm Equipment based in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania is famed for putting on spectacular Christmas light displays to aid local charities.
U.S publication Total Landscape Care says this is the fourth year that Messick has transformed its business into a winter wonderland. It has been decorating for Christmas for about 20 years, but over time things became more and more elaborate until the company decided to create an entire synchronised light show.
“The very first year we got into it, we were really surprised by the amount of support that we got from our community,” Neil Messick, IT and marketing manager for the company told the magazine. “The line of cars coming up the driveway was a lot more than we anticipated and the donations to the charitable organisations that we support were a lot greater than we ever thought possible.”
Over the past three years, the light show has raised more than $78,000 for local families in need.
You can watch a video below of the incredible display which amazingly has also hooked up the headlights of dozens of Kubota tractors to be part of the performance. These star alongside over 70,000 Christmas lights, a snow blowing machine and two flame throwers!
