On Tuesday 22nd & Wednesday 23rd November 2016 Emak UK Ltd., the manufacturers of Efco & Bertolini garden machinery, held two Efco Service Training Days at Chasewater Country Park, Burntwood, Staffordshire.



The training days were due to be held at Emak UK’s Head Office but due to the popularity an alternative venue, Chasewater Country Park, was arranged to accommodate the 50+ Dealers who attended.

The Service Area Manager from Emak Spa, Italy, Francesco Torreggiani, ran the courses alongside Emak UK’s own After Sales Manager, Mark Barnes. Carb tuning, pressure testing and Emak engine troubleshooting were just a few of the topics covered on each day.

Emak say the dealers who attended have given great feedback on how informative the days were and how the days enhanced their knowledge of the Efco machines. The company went on to say both days had a great atmosphere with dealers contributing to the group discussions at every opportunity.

The Service Training Days have proved such a success that Emak UK are now looking to run the courses annually.
