Customers can buy a brand new John Deere lawn tractor this spring and get a free matching utility cart, suitable for a wide range of tasks around the garden.

This special Deere Season spring offer is available until the end of April 2013.

Worth £265, the 7P utility cart can carry loads up to 200kg. The cart is available free with selected X100, X300 and X500 lawn tractor models from participating John Deere homeowner dealers.

The latest new lawn tractor for 2013 is the X135R rear-discharge, rear-collect model, suitable for lawns up to 4000m2. This comes with a V-twin petrol engine, an automatic transmission with easy-to-use foot controls, a 92cm (36in) Edge Xtra rotary mower deck that can be easily converted for mulching, and a 300-litre capacity removable grass hopper for collecting grass clippings and leaves.

Due to its manoeuvrability and compact size, the X135R can travel along narrow paths and through small gates less than 1m wide. A rear hitch is included as standard for towing a wide variety of lawn and garden equipment, and the tractor can also be equipped with a front-mounted brush or snow blade for true year-round versatility.
