Service Dealer is pleased to announce that it has linked up with Ibcos Computers, the leading provider of dealer management systems to the agricultural and grasscare dealer network, to publish a regular survey of dealer business activity during the year.
The Service Dealer Business Monitor will survey a panel of dealers across the UK on a quarterly basis to assess business activity every three months, business confidence, cost of doing buiness, staff levels, training and other topical issues. No financial figures will be requested, the identity of panel members will not be revealed nor will individual responses be published.
The first results of the Q1 survey, January - March 2014 will be published in the May/June issue of Service Dealer magazine out on 1 May.
