REINFORCED PITCH MAINTENANCE
IOG launch new course
The IOG have announced the introduction of a Reinforced Pitch course, which covers the maintenance requirements and challenges of natural turf pitches that have been reinforced with artificial grass leaves as well as those that have had synthetic fibres mixed into the rootzone.
The first course presentation is being given to Premier League grounds managers at Manchester City FC’s Etihad Stadium in March, and a course is also being delivered to groundscare contractor Serco in early April this year.
