ALLETT LAUNCH STRIPES COMPETITION
Looking for world's most creative turf

Allett Mowers has launched its search to find the most creative grass stripes and patterns in the world!

The company says the quintessentially British striped lawn is idealised across the world and in celebration of this they have opened the competition internationally.

Allett's complete lawncare system

The 2016 International Creative Lawn Stripes Competition encourages anyone with a flair for creativity and pride in their turf to enter and compete for the title, creating the most aesthetically pleasing striped turf in the world. The competition will be judged by Simon Bagnall, head of gardens and grounds at Worcester College, responsible for its stunning grounds.

The winner will receive an Allett Kensington 17K lawnmower, along with the complete Allett Lawn Care System of six interchangeable cartridges consisting of an aerator, a scarifier, a lawn brush, a dethatcher, a verticutter and a 10-bladed cartridge. They will also receive two stands to conveniently store the cartridges concerned.

The second prize is an Allett Kensington 17K lawnmower and the third prize will be a Sandringham 14E or Sandringham 14E-EU.

Austin Jarrett, managing director of Allett, commented: “We can’t wait to see some of the creations. All entries are welcome, no matter how big or small the lawn, golf course, park, pitch or field .We will be looking for the most creative, eye catching design that truly shows off the craftsmanship and dedication that goes into grass maintenance.”

To enter the competition entrants have to email a photograph of their creation to sales@allett.co.uk, along with their name and full address.

The competition will close at midnight GMT on the 31st August 2016.
