As the gates prepare to open for the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show, 30th June - 5th July 2015, STIHL primes for a week of dynamic demonstrations, product displays and putting the spotlight on the STIHL cordless power tool range.

From chainsaws to brushcutters and hedge trimmers, each of the 16 STIHL cordless tools delivers results accompanied by extremely quiet operation which the STIHL team will demonstrate at the show. Also on display will be STIHL's range of hot-swap batteries that can be used across the cordless line-up, STIHL chargers which offer different top-up speeds and the AR 900 backpack battery which delivers up to 11 hours of performance from a single charge.
Like the whole cordless range, the STIHL HLA 85 long-reach hedge trimmer is built for effortless cutting thanks to its telescopic shaft. It features an adjustable cutter which extends from 260cm to 330cm, making it the perfect partner for those long-reach hedge jobs. The tool is lightweight and has very low vibrations making it suitable for professionals who would use the machine for extended periods. Noteworthy is the tool's brushless EC motor that keeps maintenance to a minimum while increasing its running time.
The STIHL ASA 85 cordless pruning shears are a highly-precise power tool that clean cuts branches up to 45mm in diameter. The battery runs for up to eight hours with high cutting speed, ideal for the professional user maintaining gardens, parks and tree nurseries. What's more, an ergonomically shaped handle and back pack are included to ensure all day use in comfort.
The STIHL MSA 160 C-BQ chainsaw is extremely manoeuvrable due to its cordless operation and lightweight, as well as being renowned for its quiet running.
The tool also boasts low-vibrations, premium power with the AP 180 lithium-ion battery, Quick Chain Tensioning and no exhaust emissions for the environmentally conscious gardener.
Other cordless products on show will include VIKING MA 339 mower, the STIHL FSA 65 brushcutter and the VIKING iMow robotic mower.
