REFORM WERKE EXPAND
Acquire Kiefer GmbH

 
Kiefer vehicle

Reform Werke, manufacturer of the Metrac, Mounty and Muli ground care machinery ranges, have confirmed their acquisition of Kiefer GmbH.

With a labour force of approximately 100 employees and annual turnover of 14million Euros, Kiefer GmbH have an established reputation manufacturing compact vehicles for the municipal and the cemetery sectors. 

Reform Managing Director Clemens Malina- Altzinger said, "The various Kiefer GmbH models, which have both mechanical and hydrostatic drives, fit perfectly into our existing ranges and both companies share common corporate values".

Max Kiefer, will continue as managing director of Kiefer GmbH.
