HIRE PLANT, GET OPERATOR TOO
New service from Orange Plant

Hire the plant and hire an operator with it - that's the service now available from Orange Plant.

This new service is available across their exclusive range of Carlton Stump Grinders and Hakki Pilke firewood processors.

If experienced labour or time constraints are an issue, Orange Plant say they can now supply a fully qualified member of staff with a Grinder or Firewood Processor when a machine is contracted for hire.

Called 'We Stump Grind 4 You', the service was initially only available with the Carlton products but market demands has seen the Hakki Pilke Hawk 25 compact, mobile firewood processor being added.

Introduced in Mid-March this year, and only from the Peterborough depot, the company says this service has already proved a hit with a number of existing customers and local private land-owners. With the level of enquires seen so far the service is likely to be rolled out nationwide within the coming months.

Orange Plant hope it will increase the accessibility of grinding stumps away instead of burning, digging or treating stumps with chemicals. In addition, by offering the service of a firewood processor, for both commercial and home use, more felled woodland will be put to good use. Moreover, the labour and time savings offered to the customer makes it appealing to large and existing clients, who can invest the time previously spent operating a machine elsewhere.

Selection of the most appropriate Carlton from their portfolio will depend on the size of the stump and be left to the operator. Offering the 'complete package' also means that Orange Plant have the reassurance of their machines being used correctly and safely, be it a walk-behind, self-propelled or tracked model. Minimum hire time is also assured.
