CUB CADET
New ride-on mower

Cub Cadet will be unveiling a brand new professional ride-on mower, as well as showing its award winning 1000 Series range of tractors, at this year’s Saltex.

Z-Force S48

The new versatile Cub Cadet Z-Force S48 offers user’s a superior performance, excellent mulching, traction on hills and fast mowing speeds, making light work of tough jobs. The innovative SynchroSteer Technology™ provides true zero-turn manoeuvrability with steering wheel control, making tight, restricted areas manageable. It also features dual hydrostatic transmission and a heavy-gauge, welded steel cutting deck which ensures unsurpassed airflow, blade overlap and a superb quality of cut.

The Z-Force S48 offers quiet operation and excellent power with Kawasaki’s professional-grade V-Twin engine as well as peace of mind with a 3 year guarantee.

Alongside the Z-Force S48, Cub Cadet will also be displaying its 1000 Series range of tractors. The range features eight models, all of which have rear discharge helping to deliver unparalleled comfort and a premium cut every time. With a tighter turning radius, reduced vibration and quieter engines, together with easy handling of the bag despite a larger grass bag volume, the 1000 Series helps to make mowing much more comfortable.

Yvonne Weaving from EP Barrus Ltd, who distributes the brand in the UK, said: “The new Z-Force S48 has widened our offering and helped to strengthen our existing range. Cub Cadet products attract a wide range of professional customers due to their quality and reliability and we are confident the Z-Force S48 will not disappoint.

“Saltex is a fantastic platform on which to launch a new product, as well as to show our existing range to the market, and communicate the features and benefits of the brand directly to the customer,” adds Yvonne.

Cub Cadet will form part of the Barrus stand D65, at IOG Saltex 2014. Other brands featured will include Lawnflite, MTD, WOLF-Garten, Agri-Fab, Rover, Tondu and Loncin. There will be a large demonstration area and the opportunity to try out some of the machines.
