Overton (UK) launched the STAMA range of Lithium-Ion battery powered trucks which they say have huge advantages over lead acid or gel batteries at a series of road shows recently.

Director, Guy Overton said, "The road shows have proved successful over the last six weeks with positive feedback from new and existing customers."

The STAMA Trucks have been manufactured in Denmark since 1980 and in 1997 they introduced their first electric powered version.

There are four models available the Micro, Mini, Multi and Maxi and to date over 1,500 trucks have been manufactured.
