CLUB CAR PARTNER BIGGA
Set to drive education standards

Club Car is helping to further enhance educational standards across the golf industry, due to its partnership with BIGGA.

The world’s largest manufacturer of small-wheel electric vehicles has joined the Association as an Education Supporter.

L-R: Jim Croxton, Chief Executive Officer of BIGGA and Dennis de Roos, Utility Sales Director for Club Car in EMEA

As part of the agreement, Club Car will provide on-going support to the professional development and educational standards of excellence throughout the greenkeeping profession, underpinning BIGGA’s Continuing Professional Development programme.

Dennis de Roos, Utility Sales Director for Club Car in EMEA, said: “Club Car fully advocates the continued professional development of greenkeepers and course managers.

“Engaging with the market and ensuring the highest quality standards are met are two key elements of the BIGGA CPD programme, which mirrors our commitment to the industry, and we look forward to working with the Association to help further improve the golf business as a whole.”

BIGGA’s Business Development Manager Jill Rodham said, “BIGGA is focused on driving the golf course industry forward through collaboration, which includes working with partners that can make a difference to our members’ businesses and we look forward to developing a mutually beneficial relationship in the future.”
