PERENNIAL TARGET TURF & AMENITY
With new appointment

Vinny Tarbox
Horticulture trade charity Perennial has appointed a new Development Manager to focus on building relationships with the sports turf and amenity sector.

Vinny Tarbox begins his role this month, working with sports grounds and clubs, grounds maintenance companies, contractors, manufacturers, distributors and trade organisations to create partnerships and promote awareness of the charity’s free and confidential services and encourage fundraising support.

Vinny has wide experience within the turfcare industry and other customer service focused markets, predominantly in sales and marketing roles. He joins Perennial from The Grass Group and earlier in his career worked for Lely UK.

Vinny comments, “I was interested in working for Perennial because of the vital, if unsung, role that the charity plays within the sports turf and amenity industry and the real difference they can make for people in times of need. Already I have seen that the team at Perennial is passionate about what they do and determined about making positive changes within the industry.”

Perennial offers advice, help and financial support to all UK based horticulturists facing a range of challenges including hardship, poverty, illness, bereavement and unemployment, that includes that includes a wide range of roles in the grounds care sector.
