Ian Robson, well known within the sports turf and golf industry, joins AFT Trenchers, Sudbury, Suffolk, bringing 15 years' experience in production management.

Previously Ian was in charge of Hunter Grinders Ltd continuing in this position when the company became part of Lloyds of Letchworth in 2010.

Ian will be Operations Manager at AFT, overseeing production of the product range within the agricultural, sportsturf and civil engineering trenching arenas.

Speaking about the new appointment Managing Director, Harry Jurgens, said, "We would like to welcome Ian and look forward to him working with our production team to help drive the company forward.

"He brings a wealth of industry and engineering experience which will be put to great use. This is particularly important in light of the expansion we are planning this coming year."
