MTS Group and J Wood & Son (Bilsdale Ploughs) Ltd have formed a strategic partnership to provide sales, service and parts support for the Bobcat range of compact loaders, compact excavators, telescopic handlers, utility vehicles and attachments for Ryedale and the surrounding areas in North Yorkshire in the UK.

MTS Group, based at Wakefield in West Yorkshire, has been the Authorised Bobcat Dealer for Yorkshire for over 30 years. Headquartered in the North Yorkshire market town of Kirkbymoorside, J Wood & Son is a well-established agricultural machinery dealer, which this year will be celebrating its 140th anniversary as a business.

Peter Watson, Managing Director of MTS Group, said: "We are delighted to form this new partnership with J Wood & Son.

"At MTS we believe this will be the start of a long and prosperous relationship between our two organisations, and will see the sales of new Bobcat machines and attachments grow across North Yorkshire."

The new partnership was recognised with the presence of new Bobcat compact loaders at J Wood & Son's annual Product Show at the end of October.
