New brushes required

A football club from the Welsh league has contacted us asking if anyone can help with identifying where they might acquire some replacement brushes for their old sweeper.

Assistant Secretary of the club, Richard Friday said, "Here are two photographs of our pitch brush, which we mount on our John Deere 4100 tractor. Unfortunately after a period of inactivity the brushes have rotted and require replacing. As of this time I have been unable to find a supplier.

"We are Haverfordwest County AFC of Pembrokeshire West Wales, playing in Division 1 of the Welsh league. Our former Chairman is a IOG registered member but no longer active with the club. I am wondering if anyone could recommend a supplier of replacement brushes?"

If anyone has any ideas please post a comment under this article or email the editor who will forward any advice on to Mr Friday.

Thank you
