ROONEY SIGNS FOR CLIFFORDS
Appointment to support dealer network

Peter Rooney
D Clifford & Sons - UK importers for the Canadian-manufactured Andersons Group range of bale handling trailers and wrappers - is adding Peter Rooney to its staff, to lead the sales and marketing effort in support of the brand.

Peter (56), who lives near Clifford’s headquarters in East Bridgford, has spent his entire career in engineering, says he is excited by the potential time and cost savings that Andersons’ machines offer users.

Cliffords has already made the first machinery sales since launching the range at leading shows this winter, and has many more field demonstrations to complete. It is now developing a nationwide dealer network, which Peter will support :

"We have received a lot of interest in StackPro square bale stacker and the TRB round-bale trailer, both of which can cut the time and labour involved in bale collection, as well as cutting the number of vehicle movements in the field, which reduces soil compaction risks," said Peter.

The Andersons Group also makes a range of bio-mass and forestry vehicles, including the Bio-Baler, which can bale coppiced trees and scrub.
