PSD Groundscare, say they are excited about the prospects of launching another innovative product from ELIET of Belgium - the NEW GZC range of combi-seeders. They say the introduction of these machines to the UK offers the UK landscaper a new lower cost solution to growing the perfect lawn.

ELIET have developed the new ELIET GZC750 and GZC1000 Lawn Seeder Combis, which offer professionals the chance to have various operations combined in one machine, effortlessly helping to prepare the seedbed before sowing and covering the seeds, giving a lawn constructed to a high standard, saving both time and money.

HYDROSTATICALLY DRIVEN ROLLERS
The major innovation of the new generation of the ELIET Lawnseeder Combi is the hydrostatic roller driver. You can now enjoy the comfort of a proportionally adjustable hydrostat. The operator can smoothly adjust the speed at any moment. Here ELIET purposefully chose a dual hydrostatic transmission by which the hydraulic motor in each roller enjoys the luxury of having a separate pump. As a result each hydraulic motor can also be controlled separately and proportionally.

INTUITIVE STEERING
The handlebars of the GZC move laterally, by pushing the handlebar sideways, a simple yet ingenious mechanism translates this movement into steering the hydrostatic drive of the front rollers which allows the machine to turn in the direction with the momentum that the operator had envisaged when applying the steering.

LARGE HOPPER
The hopper has a capacity of 61lts for the GZC750 and 93lts for the GZC1000. The seeding rate can be adjusted from 0 to 100g/m2 (0 to 4 ounces sq/ft), with a seed tray the same width as the harrow.

SEED FLOW RATE
A fine adjustment control allows for 36 settings enabling the seed opening to be set with great precision.

VIBRATING HARROW DEPTH SETTING
One of the most important controls of the machine is the lever to set the depth of the harrow action. The operator can continually adjust the harrows depth setting to thoroughly till the soil and lay out a seed bed with the correct granularity.
