It was an exhilarating day, full of fascinating and valuable debate, which would not have worked as well as it did without the contribution of everyone who attended. Our team were delighted with how the day went and we heard nothing but positive feedback from sponsors, speakers and delegates.

We truly hope that each and every one of you came away with a positive feeling that whilst everything in the industry currently might not be perfect, we at least now have a forum where we can discuss these issues and communicate with one another to share experiences.

We also want to build on the success of this year and the positive feedback we got at the event to further develop the conference and awards for next year. We would love to hear from you exactly what you thought. So please tell us what we got right, and equally, where we could improve.
