'WE WANT ANY MOWER'
New initiative for end of life groundcare machinery

SGM Contracts are offering a new 'We Buy Any Mower' service

Unwanted and end of use groundcare equipment now has a chance of new life under the new ‘We Want Any Mower’ initiative just launched on SGM-UK.com.

By filling out a simple valuation form, anyone with professional groundcare machinery or equipment to sell can receive a no obligation offer from SGM Contracts. All offers also include free pick-up from the company.

SGM believe that for years now there has been a vast amount of wastage as organisations and individuals write-off old stock as worthless and simply buy replacement machinery. The company say that they now look to give machinery owners/managers a way to make money out of any equipment that has reached the end of its useful life or is now unwanted.

Managing Director Steven McInroy commented, “There are a lot of people out there who don’t have the time or resources to sell their machinery and equipment for a decent price. What we’re doing with ‘We Want Any Mower’ is give people a hassle free way to get a fair price for their goods, which would otherwise be thrown away or traded in for a fraction of their true value. It also helps save people from sending machines to landfill which could still have a valid use; something we’re very keen to discourage at SGM."

SGM is keen to attract many different types of equipment including groundcare machinery, grass cutting machinery and even tractors.  Any makes and models will be considered and SGM say they are happy to give immediate valuations.

To get a valuation potential sellers need to visit the ‘We Want Any Mower’ section of SGM’s website and provide the following details:

  • Make and model of machine
  • Age of machine in years
  • Working condition (rating from 0-10)
  • General condition (rating from 0-10)
  • Upload image of machine (optional)

Alternatively anyone with a more specific query can email the company’s sales team directly at sales@sgm-uk.com.
