ROCHFORDS APPOINT
Two appointments in finance and business development

Lewis Anderson

Two new appointments have been announced by Wincanton-based Rochford Garden Machinery.

Kerry Moore has been appointed as Finance Director, whilst Lewis Anderson is the New Business Development Manager

Kerry joined the business 2 ½ years ago from Mondalez International. Kerry joined RGM as Operations Manager and has managed the Service Department and Retail Showroom. She has commenced studies to gain a CIMA qualification to become a Management Accountant which will build on her existing skills to manage the company’s Finance Department. She says “I am thoroughly excited about my new position within the family business and very much looking forward to the new challenge. I have been in the business now for 2.5 years as ops manager, managing the retail and service divisions which has given me a huge insight in to the industry."

Lewis has recently graduated from Strathclyde University with a degree in Business, Economics and Finance and now joins Rochford on a permanent basis as New Business Development Manager. Lewis will be responsible for developing new profitable divisions for the business, starting with B3C Fuel Solutions. He says, “I am really excited to start my full time position within RGM. I have been lucky to be allowed to work in different departments of the business while at school and university which has given me a great insight in to how the business operates and also understand the industry further. The first challenge will be to expand the exposure and enter new markets for B3C Fuel Solutions. We have had great success in this industry however I feel this is only the tip of the iceberg."
