BUZZ AT EXECUTIVE HIRE SHOW
Exhibitors report excellent response from visitors

Patrick Vives and Les Malin on Etesia stand
The two-day Executive Hire Show at Coventry which closed yesterday  turned out to be a good show for many industry exhibitors. General opinion was that visitor numbers and confidence levels were up compared with the previous two or three years.

Etesia UK took the opportunity to launch its new electric powered wheelbarrow as well as Pellenc cordless equipment including a new battery powered floodlight.

Rochford Garden Machinery also has aimed its sights at the hire industry, by displaying a number of hire market products. As the official UK importer for the WEIBANG brand of commercial quality lawnmowers, scarifiers and aerators, Rochfords showed the Weibang aluminium decked rotary mower alongside the Weibang 487 CRH scarifier - ideal machines for hire outlets. There were also demonstrations of Plusparts, an online service that hirers can use to source spares and components for a wide range of machinery, engines and other equipment.

Also exhibiting at show were Avant Techno; E P Barrus; Camon Tracmaster; Greenmech; Grillo; Handy; Kubota; Manitou; Seddons Plant and Stihl GB.

The 9th EHS will take place in February 2015 in Coventry, dates to be confirmed.
