DEUTZ FAHR APPOINT
Established deaer in arable heartland

Deutz-Fahr has appointed the well established Royston-based agricultural dealership Mark Weatherhead Ltd to cover Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and North Hertfordshire.

Mark Weatherhead Ltd will be responsible for Deutz Fahr's range of medium to large horsepower tractors, combines and telehandlers

With over 60 years in the agricultural industry Mark Weatherhead Ltd brings a wealth of experience and integrity as well as a network of contacts throughout the Midlands, which will help Deutz-Fahr gain a foothold in a major arable heartland
.
“Mark Weatherhead Ltd’s strength in after sales will support the Deutz-Fahr brand for mutual benefit,” says SDF marketing manager Graham Barnwell. “In this particular trading area around Cambridge our organisation has gone from low specific dealer coverage – which has been historically unstable – to having a solid foundation to build on.

“Deutz-Fahr’s extensive tractor range has helped us increase market share annually in the UK so the timing of this appointment is perfect and fits with our plan to fill gaps in a strong dealer portfolio nationally,” he says.
