Appoint Thomas Redman

 
Thomas Redman, Trimax's new customer service technician
Trimax Mowing Systems has recruited Thomas Redman to the position of customer service technician, a new post for the company within its expanding European operations.

Based at Trimax's UK headquarters near Kettering, Northamptonshire, Thomas is responsible for the provision of technical sales and service support to the company's area sales managers, appointed dealers and professional customers located throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Bringing more than 30 years' practical engineering experience to his new post, Thomas's strong technical knowledge represents a valuable addition to the existing Trimax team. In helping raise customer support standards to even higher levels, Thomas will be ensuring that end-users achieve maximum reliability and cost-effective performance from their Trimax mowing equipment at all times.

"We are delighted that Thomas has joined Trimax's team in the UK and Ireland," commented general manager, Michael Sievwright. "By recruiting additional technical expertise, we are demonstrating the importance placed by Trimax on providing the best possible pre- and after-sales support to Trimax customers and end-users."
