The 2013 Heritage Awards will recognise the Best of the British garden machinery, professional turfcare and outdoor power equipment industry during the 20th century and into the 21st century.
The Awards will commemorate iconic products, outstanding innovations and inspirational people. There will be 12 Awards in total, split into three categories Products, Partners and People

PRODUCT nominations can be any power source - we are looking for the trades favourite machines, those you have enjoyed selling, those you enjoyed using, those that have enjoyed sustained sales success. The INNOVATION Award is the one product or invention that has changed the way garden or outdoor power equipment is used or manufactured over the past 50 years.
Criteria: Nominated machines should be brands that are still available on the UK market - even though the model may not
PARTNER Awards: We are looking for dealer nominations for the Most Valuable Supplier over the past 50 or 60 years (you will asked to nominate 3), whilst the Outstanding Service Award will recognise consistent and exemplary service support to dealers and end-users over the years.
PEOPLE: Innovator/Entrpeneur. You are asked to nominate that person who has provided the greatest influence and inspiration to the UK garden machinery and outdoor power equipment industry over the past decades. Unsung Hero: Which person has contributed most to support the industry, not in an executive or senior management role over the past decades.
