RUSSELL GROUP UPGRADE DEPOT
Northallerton branch improved

The Northallerton depot of Russell's has been given an upgrade over the summer months.

Russell's upgraded Northallerton depot

The sales and service departments have moved into new offices which also incorporate a new reception area and parts office. There is also an important upgrade of the facilities for the engineers which include a revamped kitchen and rest area.

The parts department have gained a bigger showroom as part of the upgrade and are keen to use the space to good effect. The team is run by John Dominiak and a familiar face is back to support John with the arrival of Chris Morley who will be responsible for group parts. Chris rejoins Russells after a 10 year gap and will be well known to many customers from his previous time at Russells.

Scott McMillan, Group Service manager said, "The team at Northallerton works very well together and certainly does not lack experience - three members of staff have over 120 years industry experience between them. The sales team of Nev Kirby, Tom Fawcett and Paul Ridgway cover the area.

"The service department is managed by Simon Muir who has taken over from Frank Kerr, although Frank is still assisting on a part time basis. The team of engineers work hard to provide excellent after sales for our customers and their contribution is a major factor in the success of the depot."

The launch of a new series of New Holland tractors is imminent and this will be followed by an open day at the depot sometime in the new year, which will also give customers the chance to see the new facilities and other new developments from other suppliers.
