NEW NAME & HOME FOR WESSEX Until now part of Broadwood International
The name Wessex has been known for groundscare and agricultural equipment for over fifty years.
Wessex's new premises in Andover, Hants
Until now the Wessex brand has been part of the Broadwood International portfolio where focus on the global distribution of Wessex has been rapidly developing. These factors and the familiarity of the Wessex name in the market have led to changing the company name to Wessex International.
"The company ownership, registration and personnel remain unchanged," says Managing Director, Charles Browning "and we will continue to provide the same sales and service on the SnowEx and SweepEx product lines, as with all other brands in what has been the Broadwood International portfolio."
Due to sustained growth, the company has also relocated to new premises in Andover, Hants, where a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq ft factory provides a larger manufacturing capacity together with a showroom and dealer training facilities. The move allows the business to have all its facilities under one roof with improved transport links and close proximity to the A34 and M3.
