Today is the final Service Dealer Update of 2017 before we pause for the Christmas break.
We'll be back with you from Friday January 5th - and by then you should have also received the first Service Dealer magazine of 2018. It's a cracking issue with a freshened up design, a superb supplement entitled Communicating With Dealers which has been put together by Chris Biddle, as well as our traditional industry events Wallplanner. It'll be like Christmas has never ended when that bumper lot drops onto your matt!
So I won't bang on here today, rather I'll let you get on with winding down (hopefully) for a relaxing break.

It's a real pleasure to bring you all the industry news each week with this Update and in-depth articles every other month with Service Dealer magazine.
I think the community which this industry engenders was exemplified last week with the deluge of well-wishing messages we received for Ron Miller. It was truly delightful to see so many come through and every single one was appreciated.
I leave you today with a Christmas Panda game which the Service Dealer team has put together. I'll warn you now though, it's incredibly infuriating! I tired it for a bit - but gave up once I realised I was swearing at my computer even more than I usually do.
