Briggs & Stratton has welcomed a new member to its team to offer sales support to its dealer network in Ireland.

This is the first time that the company has appointed a specific area manager dedicated to the country and demonstrates the companies' focus on increasing its dealer support.

Gerald Doherty joins the teams and brings with him almost 30 years' experience in the sector. Coming from one of Ireland's largest outdoor and agricultural equipment dealers, Gerald has a wealth of experience having worked in many divisions including spare parts teams, as well as in the hire equipment market before moving into the sales field.
