ROBO SUCCESS FOR FRASER ROBB
STM unit impresses at Roadshow
The recent STM Roadshow across central Scotland, in conjunction with their long-standing dealer Fraser Robb saw great success - especially with the STM 'Robo' series mowers.
The Robo series consists of five machines, ranging from the Mini to a unit created to have PTO attachments. The Scottish Roadshows generated two definate Robo purcahses, and a third looks set to be sold.

One of the Robo sales had an interesting story attached. Kenny Hunter of Fraser Robb reports that a rival manufacturer's robot mower that they had sold to one customer had not been a success and was sufficiently beset with niggling problems as to be withdrawn from service and eventually returned to the manufacturer.
Kenny says, "At the Roadshow we presented the machine to the guys who had operated the other product for 6 months. They were delighted by the climbing ability and the superb cut quality of the new machine. The recycling mulching deck was also a complete success. The engine and battery pack provide a great balanced power delivery and the controller was identical to the unit they had used previously.
"The machine sale was one of the most satisfying I have had in many years as it was the completion of a very difficult sale and to date the machine has performed its duties admirably."
