DEALER BUILDS RACING MOWER
350cc road legal machine

The team at Simply Machinery in Letchworth have built a Union Jack festooned Racing Westwood mower.

Simply Machinery's Racing Westwood at Silverstone

The company's Ross Macleod said of their machine which they use for both racing and marketing purposes, "We spent about 4 weeks building it, mainly in the evenings and weekends, in our workshop. It's a 350cc road legal machine.

"We mainly keep it in the showroom, but recently we took it to The Ford Fair at Silverstone supporting the race car which we sponsor. It certainly generated a lot of interest that day!"

Ross continued, "We are looking to use it for advertising and would be interested in doing something for charity when the season calms down.

"We would be interested in hearing from any other dealers if they have any ideas for how we could get the best use out of it."
