TURF PRO MAGAZINE
Scott MacCallum in two-year publishing deal

Scott tries out the mediabox at Lords
FOLLOWING a successful re-launch, Scott MacCallum through his company Straight Down the Middle Communications Ltd, has agreed a two-year publishing deal for TURF PRO magazine with founding editor Chris Biddle. TURF PRO in association with Service Dealer will be published 10 times a year and has a full programme of features planned for 2013.

For many years,  the editor of BIGGA's magazine, Greenkeeper International, Scott originally took over as editor in July last year so that he and production manager Tim Moat could assess the potential of the magazine which is now in its 16th year in the run up to the New Year.

"Obviously the market is very demanding at the moment, but Tim and I have been extremely heartened and encouraged by the response from readers and advertisers, and we look forward to establishing Turf Pro as the number one independent magazine for the turfcare industry in the coming months. The new eyecatching design and new-look website have gone down well," says Scott.

Advertising will continue to be in the hands of George Miller of Cabbell Publishing who will work closely with Scott and Tim.
