ANDY CAMPBELL LEAVES RANSOMES
Returning to his roots in course management

Andy Campbell, Ransomes Jacobsen's Regional Sales Manager for Scotland and Ireland, has left the Ipswich-based turf maintenance machinery manufacturer after five years of loyal service.

Andy, who is a former BIGGA Chairman and was previously Golf Director at Lough Erne Golf Resort, will be pursuing other interests as he returns to his roots in club and course management.

Commenting on Andy's decision to leave Ransomes Jacobsen, Sales Director Rupert Price said, "Over the past five years Andy has done an excellent job for us in Scotland and Ireland. His contacts within the industry and his ability to build relationships have been invaluable. No more so than in Ireland, where through the financial crisis he worked with our distributor, to ensure that they have emerged from the recession in a stronger position than ever.

"Also his all-round agronomic ability, networking skills and management awareness has significantly benefitted the business. When Andy joined us I remarked that his regional sales role would be a stretch and a challenge for him, but he embraced the challenge and we are sorry to see him go. We send him our very best wishes for the future."
