RAVENHILL HOSTING OPEN DAYS
Opportunity to view new Kuhn machinery

Ravenhill is hosting two - free to attend - machinery open days this month.

Being held in Scotland, the two events will give visitors the opportunity to view the latest range of KUHN sprayers, feeders, bedders, min-till equipment, ploughs, balers and bale wrappers.

ESPRO 6000 R

The two shows are being held at:

Thainston
Date: 18th October 2016
Location: Thainston Centre, Thainston, Inverurie, AB51 5XZ
Time: 2pm – 9pm

Black Isle
Date: 20th October 2016
Location: Black Isle Showground, Muir of Ord, Ross Shire, IV6 7RS
Time: 2pm – 9pm

Refreshments will be available at both events, with a special prize draw also being held on each day. A total of 35 KUHN machines will be on display at the events, with the key highlights including KUHN’s latest minimum tillage seed drill, the ESPRO 6000 R.

Capable of being pulled by a 200hp tractor and drilling accurately at forward working speeds of up to 17km/h, the 6 metre Kuhn says the ESPRO offers high levels of productivity and drilling accuracy without the need to invest in ultra-high power tractors.

Two rows of 460mm concave discs open the soil, incorporate all residues into the surface layers and create a fine tilth, even in heavy conditions. These discs are followed, in the centre of the drill, by a row of 900mm diameter press wheels which create an evenly consolidated soil profile for consistent soil-to-seed contact.
