"A Quality Standard Vetting for new members and three-yearly Quality Standard Review process for existing members will enable organisations to clearly see what is required of them by the association and encourage clients to be reassured of the quality of BALI members"
The Quality Standard covers four main areas: management responsibility, resource management, product and service delivery and a detailed review made during a site visit. Landscaping and grounds management contractors will have to provide evidence to show they are achieving the standards set.BALI says that "it wants to reassure Full Contracting members that the new Quality Standard is designed to give them clearer direction as to what is required for BALI Registered membership.
