P S Marsden (Lawnmower Services) Ltd are a family owned business based in Nottingham and due to expansion are looking to appoint an experienced parts advisor.

Your Duties will include:

• Providing help and support to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Investigating and solving customer parts requirements.
• Dealing with domestic and trade customers.
• Processing orders with manufacturers.
• Liaising with our suppliers.
• Dealing with Backorder and parts return enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate data and information.
• Processing incoming orders and goods-out.
• Working face to face with customers on our parts counter.
• Working closely with other team members.

Experience:

• Competent in the use of and understanding of windows applications.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Organisation skills and ability to prioritise.
• Self motivated and have a friendly and professional manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Work well in a team.
• Work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret parts diagrams
