Extra dates announced for new-style turf event

MAP Live (MANAGE, AMENITY and PITCH) , the new collaborative roadshow series, has announced 3 additional dates in June and July of this year.  The full schedule is

24 APRIL 2013    Stoneleigh Park, Midlands
15 MAY 2013       Ardingly, South of England Showground
5 JUNE 2013        Haydock  Park, North-West
19 JUNE 2013      Sedgefield Racecourse , North-East
3 JULY 2013        Stirling, Scotland
17 JULY 2013      Chepstow Racecourse , Wales/South-West

The series of events was announced just before Christmas and received immediate support from the AEA.  Roger Lane-Nott, CEO of the AEA, said, "The AEA views MAP Live as a very positive development and is actively promoting the series to its members".

The series is attracting widespread industry and media support according to Clare Johnson, Director of MAP Live. She says, "Others whose participation is already confirmed include Blec, Campey Turfcare, Complete Weed Control, Muthing, Simon Richard, and Reform-Werke, with many more now working out details of their involvement."

The Technical Sports Surfaces Conference is also co-locating to link up with the series, and other collaborations will shortly be announced.
