SAMURAI ARRIVE IN UK
New distributor for 4-wheel drive brushcutters

Bedford based ICB Plant & Machinery Ltd has been granted the sole distributor rights to market the Japanese Canycom “Samurai” range of heavy-duty ride-on brushcutters in the UK and Ireland.

The family run company also holds the sole distributor rights in the UK and Ireland for Canycom construction tracked machinery.

MD, Ian Staniforth, said, “We are delighted to be the sole importer and distributor of these quality Japanese made brushcutters. Their ability to destroy anything that passes under the cutter blades is incredible; their unique shaft drive makes them so much more destructive. The brushcutter videos on YouTube demonstrate their staggering capabilities.”

The Canycom “Samurai” range of ride-on brushcutters are hand built using steel forged in their own factories, following centuries-old processes. Notably, the cutting blades are manufactured from heavy-duty Katana-Samurai sword steel.

The ICB Plant say the shaft driven Samurai brushcutter range is unique in the UK market. 100% of the power from the industrial Subaru engines is transferred to the cutting blades. This enables them to cut longer and taller vegetation and branches up to 36mm.

These four-wheel drive machines can climb inclines of up to 25% and have a stability angle of 30%.  An additional feature is the Hydro + Mechanical Drive system, which has all the benefits of an automatic transmission with the power of a mechanical drive.

Dealer opportunities are also available in selected areas. Contact 01234 436456.
