Etesia UK has announced the appointment of Giovanni Soare as after sales assistant.

In his new role, Giovanni will provide after sales and dedicated support to the company's specialist Etesia and Pellenc dealers, including involvement with local shows, demonstrations and open days.

With previous sales experience and possessing excellent customer service skills, Giovanni will be further strengthening a team dedicated to delivering the best support to its dealer network and customers.

"Etesia has a great relationship with everyone it works with and I'm looking forward to being a part of that. Every morning I come in smiling because I know I'm working with a good team and that motivates me a lot," he said.

Etesia UK's operations director Les Malin, said, "With many more products on the horizon and the battery powered products constantly evolving, the marketplace for these products is growing very quickly. Giovanni's appointment can be attributed to the popularity of these products.

"Because they are in such high demand, Giovanni will be making sure there is no drop in customer service and ensuring that we continue to help our dealer network in every possible way.

"He's very adaptable and eventually he'll be taking more control of the after sales as he progresses."
