Krone UK dealers from across the UK were recently in attendance at the company's 2016 dealer conference held in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Winning Krone UK dealers Dealers gained an overview of the results and future outlook from Krone UK and Krone GmbH. They also benefited from an insight from guest speaker, Mark Robb of Positive Reframe on customer retention, delivering service excellence and driving employee engagement.
Workshops were held on the second day of the conference focusing on putting the customer first and steps to help excel within your field. Krone's annual 'Dealer Awards' were held and presented by Managing Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr Martin Eying, The winners were as follows:
