KRAMP UK SUPPORT DEALER EVENT
Service Dealer Conference and Awards 19 November 2015

Oxfordshire Belfry Hotel
We pleased to announce that Kramp UK are the latest company to confirm their sponsorship of the Service Dealer Conference and Awards to be held at the Oxfordshire Belfry Hotel on 19 November.

They join Stihl UK and Briggs and Stratton as major sponsors. Conference director Julie Gill says "I am delighted to welcome Kramp UK and thank them for their support of this major Dealer event"

The conference, entitled DEALER 2020 has been designed by dealers, for dealers. It will consist of three key sessions:

What will the DEALER OF 2020 look like and how can the dealer ensure that his business stands out from the rest?

What impact will technological changes have on probably the most important element of a dealer’s business, SERVICE?

How will dealers COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS in the future?  How can they mix the traditional, the tried and tested with social media and new technology?

These three sessions will be ‘topped and tailed’ by an opening KEYNOTE ADDRESS by an inspirational speaker, and by our version of the BBC TV QUESTION TIME with panel debate sessions during the day from an invited panel.

Julie Gill and Service Dealer editor, Chris Biddle are currently identifying the speaker line-up to provide the most relevant and inspirational mix of views from inside and outside the industry.

The line-up will be confirmed over the coming weeks, and we will be announcing the line-up by 1 July.
