Continuing our journey to grow and develop our business, we have exciting opportunities for individuals to join our team:

Service Engineer

We require an experienced service engineer to undertake the servicing and repair of garden machinery in our specialised workshop.

Essential duties include:

  • Assembling, testing and commissioning machinery to achieve specified performance levels.
  • Preparing machinery for repair.
  • Locating faults, determining repair method and identifying and fitting replacement components.
  • Repairing machinery to make it fit for purpose and advising customer of repairs if required.

Skills & Qualifications required:

  • Proven knowledge and experience using methods, materials, tools, and techniques in the repair of garden machinery especially 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and to diagnose problems and find solutions.
  • Good level of IT literacy and competence with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work overtime due to the nature and seasonality of the business.
  • City & Guilds Level 2, NVQ Level 3, LTA Level 2 in agriculture/horticultural engineering preferable.
