The Kramp Academy, the training programme for Kramp dealers, has a number of new courses for this season.
Starting in October, Kramp Academy, offers professional training in commercial and technical subjects such as PTO identification, Hydraulic fittings training and retail and merchandise training.
New for this season are three courses designed to improve the efficiency and technical knowledge of staff.
Following the successful Hydraulics, Hoses, Swaging and Fittings course, Kramp Academy has added a further day of training for this subject. Part 2 of this subject features an in depth look at valve port thread identification, avoiding contamination, unusual fittings types (such as French Gaz or Komatsu), and also an introductory look into hydraulic systems. This course is available for any Kramp dealer with staff who have completed part 1. All part 1 and part 2 courses are back to back, and so can be completed across 2 days.
Also in the hydraulics training portfolio is a dedicated ladies day for hydraulics training. This course is only open to women and training on hydraulics is provided in an open and friendly atmosphere.
The last new course on the prospectus is Microsoft Excel training for stock management.
