Vincent Tractors, has been awarded Gold for Kubota Dealer Service Excellence.

Now in its 49th year in business, Vincent Tractors serves the farming, construction and groundcare communities throughout Cornwall from its central location in Fraddon, near St Columb.

The awards, which are assessed and presented every two years by Kubota, are based on dealer equipment, facilities, commitment to training and, most importantly, customer service.

The Kubota customer satisfaction survey is submitted to customers after every product sold and is used to rate the service department of every Kubota dealer.

One of the projects undertaken by Vincent Tractors this year has been the launch of its new website.
