HONDA APPOINT NEW HEAD OF POWER EQUIPMENT
Steve Morris takes up post

Steve Morris

Honda (UK) has appointed Steve Morris as its new Head of Power Equipment, with immediate effect. Steve fills the role recently vacated by Phil Webb, who moved to become Head of Dealer Development for Honda (UK) on April 1st.

Steve moves into his new role following five years with Honda (UK) Power Equipment, most recently as Manager – National Sales. He now assumes responsibility for the UK business, encompassing Lawn & Garden, Energy, Marine and ATV.

Steve joined Honda Motor Europe in 1998, from car manufacturer Renault. During this time he has held several sales, dealer development and business planning roles within both the UK and European businesses.

Steve Morris commented: “Following a very enjoyable five years in sales roles within the Power Equipment business I’m very much looking forward to the challenges ahead. Phil has done an excellent job, particularly in the development of our dealer network, and we’re in a great position to build on this success over the coming months.”

Steve’s successor as Manager – National Sales for Honda (UK) Power Equipment will be announced in the coming weeks.
