Midlands based Emak UK Ltd, manufacturers of the Efco and Bertolini garden machinery ranges, have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to spearhead their After Sales function.

The role will involve liaising with customers on technical queries, spare parts order creation, providing specialist support to the customer base, and machinery fault diagnosis.

The successful candidate will have proven experience and extensive knowledge of outdoor power equipment and garden machinery, along with exceptional communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
