Parts Advisor
Henton & Chattell are looking to appoint an experienced Parts Advisor to join our well established, expanding and successful business. As a Parts Advisor you will be working as an integral part of the Customer Service Department providing outstanding customer service to our trade dealers. Your duties will include; - Providing help and advice to clients and customers, handling communications courteously by telephone and via email.
- Investigating and solving customers' issues.
- Advise trade customers on product ranges or alternatives.
- Processing trade dealer queries and orders on computerised system.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate data and information.
- Strong team working, to work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills.
- Parts diagram look up
Experience; - Competent in the use of Windows applications including the Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Decision making and problem solving ability.
- Organisation skills - with the ability to prioritise.
- Work well under pressure, both within a team environment and as an individual,
- Self motivated and have a professional manner.
- Parts interpretation knowledge.
Previous experience of a phone based customer service or within a motor factor environment and/or previous parts experience is required.
